KBank-Sansiri unveil green home
loan program with special interest rate and 100-percent loan limitfor Sansiri’s ‘Green House’ project under the ‘GO GREEN Together’ project

(KBank), and Mr. Uthai Uthaisangkuk, Chief Operations Officer, Sansiri Public Co., Ltd., recently launched the green home loan program for Sansiri’s ‘Green House’ project. Customers wishing to purchase energy-efficient homes, which are equipped with solar rooftop panels, EV chargers, and air conditioning innovations under Sansiri’s ‘Green House’ project will enjoy a 100-percent loan limit from KBank along with an average interest rate of 2.60 percent p.a. during the first three years.
The current collaboration between KBank and Sansiri is under the ‘GO GREEN Together’ project for which KBank encourages all Thais to help create a green society and combat the climate change crisis together. KBank is notable as the first bank to help connect and promote a comprehensive green ecosystem in Thailand, which is in line with Sansiri’s determination to become a leader in the Thai property market and promote the importance of climate change via the company’s set target in conducting business, with the aim of triggering a turning point towards environmental conservation in a sustainable manner. With the net-zero announcement, Sansiri is considered as the first property company in Thailand with a mission to become a zero-emissions organization. This will be achieved through the launch of the ‘Green House’ project, which comprises the Burasiri and Setthasiri brands that offer detached houses, plus other brands that sell detached houses with a price tag of 8 million Baht or higher. A total of 20 green residential housing projects are scheduled to be launched by Sansiri within 2022.
