Singha Estate (S) Successfully Closes THB 2 Billion Debenture Offering
Singha Estate Public Company Limited, or “S,” expressed its sincere appreciation to all investors for their confidence and strong response to the company’s latest debenture offering. The debentures, with a tenor of 3 years and 3 months and a fixed interest rate of 4.60% per annum, were offered on July 2, 2026. The offering attracted significant investor interest and was successfully completed as targeted, with a total issuance value of THB 2 billion.

The debentures offered in this issuance have a tenor of 3 years and 3 months and carry a fixed interest rate of 4.60% per annum. The debentures were rated “BBB-” by TRIS Rating Co., Ltd.
