Prospective homebuyers can make a down payment via K Credit Card and get a 10-percent cashback when exchanging K Points that are equal to the down payment amount. They may choose to make a down payment via Xpress Cash card and enjoy a long installment payment plan of up to 36 months. Additionally, an exclusive discount of up to 10,000 Baht is offered to homebuyers when purchasing environmentally friendly curtains from PASAYA.
