KBank teams with Britania and Origin Gunkul in extending the ‘Green Home Loan’
KASIKORNBANK, Britania and Origin Gunkul Energy have joined forces in advancing environmentally- friendly business while also promoting the use of clean, innovative technology with the aim of creating a ‘green’ society. To this end, the “Green Home Loan” has been unveiled to offer special interest rates, starting at 2.83 percent p.a. during the first three years to customers who purchase an energy saving home or apply ‘green’ technology for their home construction in 18 Britania housing projects.

KBank has teamed with Britania PCL and Origin Gunkul Energy Co., Ltd., both are KBank’s partners having environmentally friendly visions and technology innovations, to promote the use of green energy among Thai people with the aim of building a ‘green’ society. Under this cooperation, a campaign ‘Green Home Loan’ has been introduced, consisting of special interest rates starting from 2.83 percent p.a. in the first three years, 100-percent loan limits and no appraisal fee for buyers of energy-saving homes in 18 Britania projects. Customers, who have paid the house reservation fees via K-Credit Cards, will enjoy 10-percent cash back when redeeming the points at the spending amounts. Customers who choose to pay the house reservation fees via K Xpress Cash, will be granted a 36-month installment period. Such benefits of the program are aimed at promoting the customers’ Green Lifestyle, which will contribute to creating a green business ecosystem in a comprehensive manner.

Previously, the company collaborated with Origin Gunkul Energy Co. Ltd., which is a joint-venture between Origin Property PCL and Gunkul Engineering PCL, in the installation of solar rooftops on club buildings of both the Grand Britania Bangna KM.12 and the Grand Britania Ratchaphruck-Rama 5 residential projects. The current collaboration between Britania and Origin Gunkul is seen in the solar rooftop installation project for houses in Britania’s various residential projects in order to offer an alternative for home buyers and to upgrade the company’s residential projects towards a ‘Solar Village’.
