EXIM Thailand, TCC, BoT, FTI, TNSC and TBS Celebrate Achievement of Nurturing Global Business Leaders with Potential
Mr. Krisada Chinavicharana, Deputy Minister of Finance, presided over the presentation of certificates to the participants of the TOP X Executive Program, Class 2, an intensive training program designed to cultivate the capabilities of leaders in global trade at Vayupak Hall, Ministry of Finance, on September 9, 2023. Also present were Mr. Sanan Angubolkul, Chairman of The Thai Chamber of Commerce and Board of Trade of Thailand (TCC & BoT); Dr. Chaichan Chareonsuk, Chairman of the Thai National Shippers’ Council (TNSC); Dr. Benjarong Suwankiri, Senior Executive Vice President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), Ms. Petcharat Eksangkul, Vice Chairman of The Federation of Thai Industries (FTI); and Asst. Prof. Dr. Nopporn Ruangwanit, Director of Integrated Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree Program in Thammasat Business School (TBS).
The TOP X Executive Program, Class 2 was developed collaboratively by TCC, BoT, FTI, TNSC, TBS, and EXIM Thailand with the aim of equipping participants with the skills needed to become international business leaders capable of entering New Frontier markets. The program has provided in-depth training on formulating and implementing business strategies in the new era of global trade, adapting businesses to be environmentally friendly and sustainable, and providing in-depth market information on New Frontiers. Participants also had the opportunity to study and network with businesses in the Middle East market, particularly Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. In addition, participants were able to engage in Business Matching activities with entrepreneurs in the Middle East, creating a value of over 150 million baht.
Moreover, those who completed the training can apply for EXIM Thailand’s financial facilities with flexible interest rates, in line with the Bank’s mission to empower new economic warriors by providing knowledge, opportunities, and capital. This aims to equip Thai entrepreneurs to compete in the global trade market, drive export growth, and boost the Thai economy, while also contributing to sustainable social and environmental development.
