Ms. Kattiya Indaravijaya, Chief Executive Officer, KASIKORNBANK (KBank), recently received an award as Best CEO in the Financial and Banking Industry from the Bangkok Post CEO of the Year 2021, in recognition of her success as the CEO of KBank, steering the organization with a strategy that aims to empower every customer’s life and business while also creating financial services for SMEs and low-income earners through the leading digital platform of KBank. Additionally, under Ms. Kattiya’s management, KBank introduced relief measures for customers during the COVID-19 pandemic. Such measures have been steadily monitored to ensure that customers could weather the crisis. KBank’s endeavors have been undertaken under the principles of a Bank of Sustainability that are recognized at an international level. KBank has also reported robust operating results, winning praise from various leading institutions.
The Bangkok Post CEO of the Year 2021 was organized by the Bangkok Post, Thailand’s leading English-language newspaper, to present awards to leaders in various industries who have shown vision and efficient management in spearheading their organizations’ success. The awards were judged based on votes drawn from Bangkok Post readers, the general public and consideration by a panel of judges. The awards were presented by Mr. Soonruth Bunyamanee, Editor – Bangkok Post.
