Palungpracharat Candidate Blamed Cheated Vote Counting for Pheuthai’s in Bangkok’s Huai Khwang Zone.
26-3-2019–Miss Orapin Petchtat Palungpracharat’s Bangkok Zone 5th MP candidate disclosed that on the election date (March24,2019) she found significant obviously cheating at Beung Praram Kao(9) Election Unit in Huwai Khwang district.
“At the final period of vote counting, there were cheating found in vote counting at) the Election Unit of Beung Praram 9 (Rama 9 Lagoon) in Huwai Khwang district. She was informed by the observers and some others witness at the unit who found the cheating that it was obviously seen that ECT vote counting person intend to cheat vote counting by quickly announced the party’s name voted and quickly put each ballet into the basket without clearly shown to the witness at the unit.”
“Once during the vote counting, observer found 15 voted ballets were announced voted for Pheu Thai candidate and unusual quickly put into the basket without letting the witness clearly see the ballets, then a group of people and witness at the unit urged ECT’s election unit director for rechecking the 15 ballets which was just put into the basket, after rechecking it were found that four(4) of the last 15 ballets which were just announced voted for Pheu Thai’s were actually voted for Palungpracharat’s candidate. In addition the ETC’s unit directors urgently convey the ballot box of Beung Praram9 Election Unit to Huai Khwang District Office against the witness requested to recheck the ballet box at the election unit by lied them that the ballets box will be rechecking at Huai Kwang District Office before having delivered to keep in Huwai Kwang District Office building but finally after the witness follow the ballet box delivered to Huwai Kwang District Office, ECT officer didn’t keep their oat to recheck the ballet box in front all the witness but just sneaking secretly delivered the box to keep in the office of Huwai Kwang District.”
She disclosed to that on March 25, 2019 she went to The District ECT to have the complaining recorded to be proceed into the investigation process. FM 96.5 radio news report on March 25, 2019 that she went to have the cheating complaining with some others few candidates of Palungpracharat Party but for others unit suspecting in cheating were not obviously severe like Huwai Kwang’s case, for others units mostly were about not enough shining lighting to see the voted ballet or the ECT’s director counting the ballet have the voted ballet under announcing blocked by his body’s back.
Miss Orapin disclosed her relationship background with Madam Sudarat Keyuraphan that it must be relevant to what happen at Huai Kwang District’s election units. She told Jiji Press Bangkok that before she turned to join working with Palungpracharat Party, she had been working for Madam Sudarat’s political network for 19 years when Thai Rak Thai Party leading the government until Palungprachachon’s chief Mr. Somchai Wongsawat elder brother in law of Mr.Thaksin Chinawatrathe (ex-chief and founder of the diluted Thai Rak Thai Party who has been long time being political refugee living abroad) turned to be Prime Minister (September 18, 2008– December 2, 2008).Just before the preparation period of general election 2019 that she considered Palungpracharat Party’s policy is match with her though of policy direction and by the reason that she looked up General Prayuth ChanOcha who has been leading Thailand’s administrative work in peace all along the period since the year 2014.
Talking back about the past Miss Orapin and her family had close relationship with Madam Sudarat since her father had been working as local administrative representative as both Bangkok Metropolitant and Huai Kwang-Findaebg Districtr representative until her father poases away and her mother and she kept continue working as the local aadministrativetepresentative of Huai khwang –Dindaeng which she had been working under Madam Sudarat politician lleading for 19 years before she changed to work for Palungpracharat Party aagainst Madam Sudarat political ggap, then she believe tthat Madam Sudarat who use to have power over the zone she has been working must be decided that Dindaeng -Huai Khwang District is the zone that Pheu Thaie Party can’t be lose.
What she said could be implied that Pheu Thai party under the leading of their Election Strategic Chairman Madam Sudarat must try every way to have their candidate of the zone to win the election (that might lead to the cheating in vote counting at Beung Praram Kao (9) of HuaiKhang District.)
Miss Orapin Palungpracharat MP candidate of Huai Kwabg-Dindaeng district disclosed that after all the ballet in ECT units of the zone were counted she lose Pheu Thai Party’s candidate 230 votes, after her score take turn winning the top rank with him and some vote counted cheating found at the election unit at Beung Praram Kao.
