Legal Execution Department signed MOU with BOT sharing data online.
21-9-2018- Bank of Thailand held the signing Memorandum of Understanding on Bankruptcy Information Link
between the Department of Legal Execution and the Bank of Thailand.
Mrs. Somjai Sikasamat, Senior Vice President Statistics and Information Management Bank of Thailand (BOT)
disclosed that the Memorandum of Understanding
had signed between the Department of Enforcement by Miss Ratnawadee, deputy director general of the law enforcement department
and the BOT to expand the scope of cooperation from the year 2017 linked to the BOT as a registrar of debt to be investigated and to freeze the debtor’s securities and for convenience.
It will help reduce the time spent gathering and enhancing the competitiveness of the public.
Thailand according to the World Bank’s ease of doing business.
The Memorandum of Understanding will expand cooperation and promote the use of public information about individuals.
Bankruptcy data is beneficial to the legal audit mission that is in place.
BOT’s missions, help reduce paperwork and secure under the good governance framework.
The use of information under this agreement will follow the mission of both organizations.
