KASIKORNBANK (KBank), Property Perfect and PASAYA have collaborated to pioneer a green ecosystem through the launch of the Green Home Loan program with special interest rates starting at 2.83 percent p.a. during the first three years for buyers of energy-saving homes under 31 housing projects of Property Perfect. Eligible homebuyers will receive an exclusive promotion when buying home décor products from PASAYA. This joint effort aims to encourage Thais to use clean innovative technologies as we move towards a zero-carbon society.

This special offer is designed for buyers of energy-efficient homes under 31 housing projects of Property Perfect. Prospective homebuyers can make a down payment via K Credit Card and get a 10-percent cashback when exchanging K Points that are equal to the down payment amount. They may choose to make a down payment via Xpress Cash card and enjoy a long installment payment plan of up to 36 months. Additionally, an exclusive discount of up to 10,000 Baht is offered to homebuyers when purchasing environmentally friendly curtains from PASAYA. Curtain installation service is free of charge, and an additional 10-percent discount will be offered to homebuyers when purchasing other products. All these promotions are intended to induce Thais to ‘GO GREEN’ as part of our efforts to promote a zero-carbon society.
