TOYOTA LEASING TO ISSUE NEW DEBENTURES IN MAY
Toyota Leasing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (TLT), the largest automotive leasing company in Thailand, has successfully completed the bookbuilding of its third THB debenture offering for the year 2024. The THB 9,100 million debentures under the company’s THB 130,000 million Medium Term Note Programme will be issued on 21 May 2024. The debentures consisted of 3 tranches as follows;
2-year 3-month tenor, zero coupon debentures, with discount rate of 2.87% and size THB 2,200 million,
3-year 1-month tenor, coupon debentures, with coupon rate of 3.02% and size THB 2,900 million, and
4-year tenor, coupon debentures, with coupon rate of 3.15% and size THB 4,000 million.
All tranches have been assigned AAA rating by TRIS Rating, a local credit rating agency, and are fully guaranteed by Toyota Motor Finance (Netherlands) B.V., a company rated A+/A1 with stable outlook by S&P and Moody’s, respectively. Both Toyota Leasing (Thailand) Company Limited and Toyota Motor Finance (Netherlands) B.V. are subsidiaries of Toyota Financial Services Corporation, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Toyota Motor Corporation, the group’s parent company.
Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited, KASIKORNBANK Public Company Limited, Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited, and CIMB Thai Bank Public Company Limited are joint lead arrangers for this offering.
