“Air Navigation Bill” to unlock the law to allow foreign investor to take up to 100% ownership in the whole Aircraft production weight 5,700 Kg on, maintenant and the production of Aircraft important parts in order to have more expert operator to invest in Thailand through BOI promotion condition which have the technology transfer condition for the invested to gain the promotion previledge.The bill is proceeding to NLA to have it endorsed later on.
