5-4-2019--Three Airport High Speed Rail Link Project Japan-China First Co-Investment In The Third Country in ASEAN could be start in EEC, Thailand this year, after 80% negotiation Progress has made, even the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Approval process required.
Mr.Worawoot Mala Acting State Railway Authority of Thailand (SRT) disclosed that The negotiation with CP Holding Group in Three Airport High Speed Rail Link Project is now made 80% progress while there are remain only the normal negotiation in contract document drafting, such as the find rate in case of breaking contract and the impact to government sector that will have a sub-committee to handle the remain detail negotiation.He expected to have the contract drafting completed and ready to proceed to handle the negotiation Attorney General in the next two weeks and proceed to EEC and EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) for approval for Cabinet approval soon, expected that the contract could be signed in after Songrant hoilday, with in May.
